Aged for about four months, it has a creamy yet firm texture with a balanced flavor profile—sharp cheddar first, followed by subtle maple sweetness and smoky bacon notes. It melts well, making it excellent for grilled cheese, burgers, breakfast sandwiches, macaroni and cheese, or charcuterie boards.
